They were contracted by Regional Pool Group while I was helping dog sit at a property that was getting work done, helping a friend who just had a baby. Their crew left the backyard a mess, trash, cigarette butts, and debris were left all over the yard. It was clear they had no respect for the property or for basic cleanup standards. On top of that, they were often smoking on site, which I found extremely unprofessional, and they failed to communicate or show up as promised. When issues with the installation were raised, they were dismissive and offered no real solutions.
